b) contact details - telephone number and e-mail address;

e) cookies - these are used to measure e-shop traffic and to generate statistics on visitor traffic and behaviour on the website.

In case you have purchased some goods from us, we can send you newsletters for 3 years, unless you opt-out by clicking directly in the newsletter or by sending an e-mail. This is made possible by our legitimate interest.

Do you have to provide us with your personal data?

In some cases, we process personal data for purposes where it is necessary for you to provide us with your personal data. For example, if you are interested in purchasing goods, we need your personal data in order to enter into a contract with you, to deliver the goods to you or to contact you during our cooperation. Unfortunately, we cannot do this without it.

Why do we process your personal data?

We process your personal data for several reasons. However, each of these reasons must be supported by a legal basis for the processing.

For us, these are:

a) Performance of a contract or pre-contractual arrangements - we process personal data for this reason so that we can deliver the goods you have purchased from us and so that we can contact you and communicate with you about your order and the contract.

b) Our legitimate interest - we also process your personal data because our legitimate interest allows us to do so. This enables us to tailor our offerings directly to your needs or to take appropriate steps in the exercise or defence of our legal claims.

c) It is our duty - we also process your personal data because we are required to do so by law. For example, under the Accountancy Act we are obliged to keep invoices, which may also contain your personal data.

d) You give us your consent - if you give your consent to processing, you have the right to withdraw it at any time by email. However, we are not obliged to delete all your personal data even after the period for which you have consented to the processing of your personal data has expired. We may retain those where our legitimate interest allows us to do so or the law requires us to do so. If you withdraw your consent, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data prior to withdrawal.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Personal data will be processed and stored for the duration of the contract. Furthermore, for a period of 3 years from the end of this contractual relationship, unless otherwise specified below.

Personal data processed for the purpose of defending our legal claims in judicial, extrajudicial and enforcement proceedings will be processed for a period of 15 years from the end of the business relationship between us and you, which corresponds to the longest possible limitation period provided for by law.

Personal data processed on the basis of the obligation to comply with our legal obligations under accounting, tax and other relevant legislation is retained for the period specified therein; for example, we retain personal data relating to accounting matters for 5 years after the end of the business relationship and personal data relating to tax matters for 10 years after the end of the relevant tax period.

If you are an existing customer of ours who has purchased our goods or you have given us your consent to receive our newsletter, we are entitled to send you our newsletters for a period of 3 years, unless you opt out either by clicking directly in the newsletter or by sending us an email. If you do not wish to receive our newsletters, you can unsubscribe by clicking through to the email.

Personal data processed on the basis of your consent will be processed for as long as the consent is given. Please note, however, that even if you withdraw your consent, we are not obliged to delete all your personal data - we may retain those where our legitimate interest or the law allows us to do so.

How about cookies?

We use cookies for the proper functioning of our e-shop. These are small text files that can record certain specific information from your visits to our e-shop. We can divide them into essential, functional, analytical and marketing cookies.

Necessary cookies are needed so that we can enter into a contract with you and you can buy something from us. These are, for example, cookies that store the contents of your basket while you browse our other goods. These cookies are necessary for the conclusion of a purchase contract between us through the e-shop, so you do not have to agree to them and you cannot refuse them.

Functional cookies are necessary to ensure the proper operation of our e-shop. We do not require your consent to use these cookies. It is in our legitimate interest to keep the e-shop running properly. However, you can refuse their use in the footer of the e-shop. However, if you refuse these cookies, the e-shop may not display correctly and shopping on our e-shop may not be the same experience you are used to.

Analytical cookies are used to compile statistics and reports. We use them to track traffic to our e-shop and where you came to our e-shop from. We need your consent to use them, with one exception. However, if you do not consent to their use, you can again refuse them in the footer of the e-shop.

Marketing cookies allow us to tailor our offer to your needs. For example, they allow us to offer our products through targeted advertising. However, we also need your consent to do this. You can refuse these cookies in the footer of the e-shop[.
